Its design is pretty great too, given that it’s largely the same as the iPhone 12 but with a smaller notch. Furthermore, it’s incredibly powerful, as is to be expected given that it’s running the A15 Bionic chipset. Apple claims it has a 50 percent faster CPU than the competition, which is hard to verify – suffice to say, however, it’s a fast phone.
On the downside, it misses out on the 120Hz screen that appeared on the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max from the same year, and it’s still a bit disappointing that its successor didn’t manage to go beyond 60Hz. Still, if you need a cheap iPhone that will last you a year or two at least, you can definitely do a lot worse than this model.
